AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and other security measures used by us.

WAGERING AND GAMBLING
We operate a remote gaming platform that offers online gambling services to users in permitted jurisdictions only. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that we are licensed and regulated according to our applicable laws and regulations.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You must comply with all payment processing rules set forth by your bank or financial institution when making transactions on the Platform. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The entire content and design of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, sounds, music, programming code, databases, software applications, documentation, and other materials (collectively referred to as "Platform Content") are protected by applicable copyright laws worldwide.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
You agree that in no event will we be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits or data corruption. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, and affiliates against all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses, expenses (including court costs), fees (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement will be governed by the laws in force within our jurisdiction where we are registered. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration as set forth below, rather than in court proceedings.

BINDING ARBITRATION
Any dispute or claim between us and you arising from these Terms and Conditions will be settled by binding arbitration administered by a neutral third-party organization (as agreed upon), with the parties agreeing that such procedures shall govern all aspects of the proceeding.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may change, modify, add to or remove any provision within this Agreement at our sole discretion without notice, and these changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions form a complete understanding between us regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, agreements, whether written or oral, made by the parties hereto.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision will be severed from the remainder of this Agreement and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS
Before commencing binding arbitration or litigation proceedings arising from a dispute between us and you, both parties agree to attempt to resolve all disputes through good faith negotiation as described below:

a) You will submit your claim(s), together with supporting documentation (if any), in writing via certified mail.

b) Upon receipt of your written submission, we shall review it within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within this timeframe, either party may proceed to binding arbitration or litigation under applicable law.

c) During such period as parties are attempting good faith negotiation with each other, they will not engage in any proceeding before a court of competent jurisdiction related to the subject matter of their written submission. This Agreement also provides that all disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration.

REVISIONS AND ADDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions may not modify or supersede any existing agreements between us and you, but rather to be a cumulative and supplemental addition thereto.

GOVERNING LANGUAGE
The English version of these Terms and Conditions is the original text and will govern our relationship with each user.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These changes shall become effective immediately upon posting by us on our website or mobile application, for any reason we choose without advance notice to you; therefore it's imperative that you review these terms frequently as posted online by following the steps detailed above.
